    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate requirements for machining precision of a displacer and the like, to prevent gas leakage and reduce friction force.
    SOLUTION: Gas leakage between the outer circumference of a seal 1 and the inner circumference 5a of a cylinder 5 is prevented. Therefore, the gap between the displacer 2 and the cylinder 5 in the radial direction does not need to be finished precisely. Pressure difference between pressures across the displacer 2 is small so that gas leakage can sufficiently be avoided without bringing the outer circumference of the seal 1 into pressure contact with the inner circumference 5a of the cylinder 5. Friction force with the inner circumference 5a does not have influence on reciprocating motion of the displacer because being very small. The close contact of the displacer 2 with the inner circumference 5a of the cylinder 5 can be assured even if the displacer 2 becomes eccentric or similar because the seal 1 is installed without restraint in the axial direction and the radial direction.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To prevent oil from entering into a cylinder, by accumulating high pressure gas from the cylinder in a pressure accumulating tank, and by using an ejector which is actuated by the high pressure gas jetted from the tank to suck up oil pooled in a gas-oil separating filter, etc. and to return the oil into a crank casing. CONSTITUTION:In a Stirling engine, a heater pipe 2 and a cooler pipe 4 which are connected through a regenerator 3 are continuously heated and cooled, respectively, and therefore, a gas feed piston 5 and a power piston 7 are reciprocated with a phase difference therebetween which is regulated by a crank shaft 19. In this arrangement, a gas-oil separating filter 100 is disposed in a communication pipe 12 communicating the inside of the crank casing 9 with the power piston reaction chamber 10. Further, an ejector 26 is disposed in a pipe line communicating a high pressure gas accumulating tank 24 with the crank casing 9, and the suction chamber 26c in the ejector 26 is connected to an oil reserving section 100b and a distance chamber 11 through solenoid valves 27, 29. Thereby, oil sucked under the action of the ejector 26 may be returned into the crank casing.

Piston rods 15a, 15b and 16 are encircled in a sealed state by freely expansible bellows 19a, 19b and 20 which are secured to a lower surface of the lower section cylinder 13.
