PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which eliminates the need to bore a layer of a display etc., so as to connect an indicator to a motor and makes the indicator accurately move.SOLUTION: A device 10 includes a layer 20 which has a first opposite side 20a and a second opposite side 20b, a shaftless stepping motor, an illumination element 14, an output magnet 26, and an indicator. The shaftless stepping motor is arranged on the first opposite side 20a of the layer 20. The illumination element 14 is arranged on the first opposite side 20a of the layer 20. An input magnet 22 is arranged on the first opposite side 20a of the layer 20, and connected to the shaftless stepping motor. The output magnet 26 is arranged on the second opposite side 20b of the layer 20. The indicator is connected to the output magnet 26. The input magnet 22 connected to the shaftless stepping motor moves the indicator connected to the output magnet 26 with magnetism, and the illumination element 14 emits light so as to illuminate the indicator.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display board having superior color tone reproducibility.SOLUTION: A display board includes a light-transmissive substrate 10, and a background part 30 provided on a top surface 11, facing the side of an observer 40, of the substrate 10 so as to form a background of a display design part 20 showing predetermined display information. The background part 30 includes a first colored layer 32 provided in a region where the display design part 20 is not formed on the side of the top surface 11 so as to form a reference color tone of color tones of the background part 30, and a light-transmissive second colored layer 33 having a color tone different from the color tone of the first colored layer 32 and provided on the side of the top surface 11 to overlap with the first colored layer 32 at least partially; and the first colored layer 32 has a first grayscale design part 32a causing stepwise change in color with the density of a dot size, and the second colored layer 33 has a second grayscale design part 33a causing stepwise change in color with density different from the density of the dot size.
