Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positively-charged single-layered electrophotographic photoreceptor capable of suppressing the occurrence of image defects by suppressing a transfer memory; and provide an image forming apparatus including the positively-charged single-layered electrophotographic photoreceptor as an image carrier.SOLUTION: The positively-charged single-layered electrophotographic photoreceptor includes a photosensitive layer containing a charge generating material, a hole transport material, an electron transport material, and a binder resin; and the electron transport material contained in the photosensitive layer includes two or more compounds selected from the group consisting of specific four compounds such as diphenoquinone.
Abstract:
According to an aspect of the invention, an electrophotographic photoreceptor including a conductive substrate and a photosensitive layer provided on a surface of the conductive substrate is provided. In the electrophotographic photoreceptor, an outermost layer of the photosensitive layer containing a crosslinked product formed from at least one charge transporting material having at least one substituent selected from the group consisting of —OH, —OCH3, —NH2, —SH, and —COOH, an acidic substance, and at least one compound selected from the group consisting of compounds represented by the following formula (A) and compounds represented by the following formula (B).
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an image forming method wherein the surface of an electrophotographic photoreceptor contains a compound having an unsaturated double bond, a toner for electrostatic latent image development has a binder resin obtained by polymerizing a polymerizable monomer having a vinyl double bond, has at least one kind of metal oxide particles and/or metal nitride particles on the surface of the toner and has a shape factor SF 1 of 110 to 140, and the storage of elastic modulus at 160° C. (G'(160)) of the toner for electrostatic latent image development is in a predetermined range.
