PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain influence of interference even if adjacent transmission and reception points (radio base stations) apply different DL/UL configurations.SOLUTION: A radio base station communicates with a user terminal by time division duplex and is able to control DL/UL configurations by changing them. It is provided with: an interference measuring unit for measuring an interference level from another radio base station in at least a UL sub-frame; and a scheduling control unit for changing a feedback method for an uplink control signal fed back in the UL sub-frame by the user terminal relative to a downlink signal transmitted in a DL sub-frame on the basis of the measured interference level.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber network for transmitting data between a plurality of user systems. SOLUTION: In the optical fiber network, an optical carrier wave corresponding to a specific wavelength carries downward data streams from a hub node to specific local nodes on wavelength-division-multiplexing optical carrier wave. Downstream data streams are orthogonal-frequency-division-multiplexed onto the optical carrier wave. A parallel signal detector in each local node detects all downstream optical carrier waves. A signal processing module demultiplexes a data stream from an optical carrier wave having a specific wavelength corresponding to the local nodes. Upstream data streams are orthogonal-frequency-division-multiplexed onto an upstream optical carrier wave having the same specific wavelength and transmitted from the local node to the hub node. A method of communication between the base station and the user device in the communication system involves communicating from the base station to the user device in both a lower frequency band and an upper frequency band at the same time. The user device communicating with the base station in the communication system includes a low-order downlink frequency transport unit and a high-order downlink frequency transport unit, and can operate so as to communicate with the base station by using both of the low-order downlink frequency transport unit and the high-order downlink frequency transport unit at the same time.
