Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic vibration machining device capable of facilitating maintenance and component replacement. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic vibration machining device includes a housing 10, a spindle 20, a tool holder 30 to which a cutting/grinding tool 1 is attached, an ultrasonic vibrator 40 for ultrasonically vibrating the cutting/grinding tool 1, and a power feeder 50 for supplying electric power to the ultrasonic vibrator. The spindle 20 has cavities 21A and 22A. The tool holder 30 has a chuck 31, a horn 32 and a flange 33 having an outer rim coupled with the spindle 20. The ultrasonic vibrator 40 is directly connected with a rear end surface of the horn 32. A rear end 32B of the horn 32 extending backward from the flange 33 and the ultrasonic vibrator 40 are formed in an outline which can be inserted into the cavities 21A and 22A from the tip of the spindle 20, and inserted into the cavities 21A and 22A so that it can be drawn out toward the tip of the spindle 20. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and continuously perform cutting on various kinds of workpieces irrespective of the weights and sizes of the workpieces. SOLUTION: A cutting device is equipped with: a clamp arm 6 provided along the radial direction of a rotary table 3, and whose base end part 6a is fixed so that a head part 6b is positioned on a rotary shaft of the rotary table 3; a clamp shaft 7 provided on the head part 6b of the clamp arm 6 to press a workpiece W on the rotary table 3; and an arm 15 in which tools 26, 33 performing cutting on the processed part of the workpiece W while rotating the workpiece W are rotatably provided on a head part 17, and a base end part 16 is turnably provided. In the cutting device, the base end part 6a of the clamp arm 6 is turnably constituted so that the head part 6b can be disposed on the side of the rotary table 3, and the base end part 6a of the clamp arm 6 is constituted so that the head part 6b is fixedly positioned on the rotary shaft of the rotary table 3. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extremely superior epoch-making machine tool capable of further freely performing various processing by setting the processing direction over a wide range by being freely replaceable in this way, by realizing an automatically freely replaceable universal attachment for freely indexing 360 degrees, by freeing indexing in a position flush with these side surfaces or projected a little to the side more than these surfaces, without interfering with a tool post and a ram arranged on the tool post. SOLUTION: This machine tool is provided for performing milling work in the various direction, by transmitting and rotating a tool 7, by controlling indexing over a 360-degree wide range in the automatically freely replaceable universal attachment by rotatably arranging a freely rotatable tool installing part 10 for installing a rotary tool 7 in a tool attachment 9 so as to be capable of indexing by 360 degrees. SOLUTION: In a machine tool, a main spindle 2 is arranged in a main body frame 1 movably in Z axis direction along the axial core of the main spindle 2 by Z axis moving means 4 favorably and Y axis table 5 or X axis table 6 or both movable in the at least one axis direction of X axis direction and Y axis direction perpendicular to the axial core of the main spindle 2 are arranged on the one side surface of one end side of the main spindle 2 of the main body frame 1 and a compact structure and high rigidity are ensured by arranging the main spindle 2 in the main body frame 1.
