摘要: 本発明は均一な粗さの表面を有する巻芯管であって、回動筒を含み、前記回動筒の内側に円形スルーホールが開設され、前記回動筒における円形スルーホールで回転スリーブを固定接続し、前記回転スリーブの外側に円形スルーホールが開設され、前記回転スリーブにおける円形スルーホールで長さが回動筒の長さより長い接続軸を固定接続し、且つ前記回動筒の外側にスプレーコート微粒がスプレーコートされ、本発明において、設けられたスプレーコート微粒により、銅アルミニウム箔を巻回する時に、巻回の開始や下地作りを良好にすることができ、且つ設けられたスプレーコート微粒が回動筒で銅アルミニウム箔を巻回する時に、銅アルミニウム箔の不平坦な表面を平坦にさせることができ、銅アルミニウム箔の巻回時における皺現象を回避することができ、そして、設けられたスプレーコート微粒が異なる銅アルミニウム箔の厚さに応じて選択されることができ、銅アルミニウム箔を巻回する時に、銅アルミニウム箔と回動筒との摩擦力を大きくさせることができる。 【選択図】図1

摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively align and wind wire of even different outer diameters by providing plural rows of wire winding grooves at a sheet between wire aligned layers, and winding this sheet on the outer periphery of a bobbin drum part of a bobbin. SOLUTION: A sheet 4 between wire aligned layers wound on the outer periphery of a bobbin collar part 2 of an aligning-winding bobbin l is prepared determining a wire winding groove row, the depth of the groove row, winding pitch and a wire-to-wire gap in conformity to the outer diameter of wire to be wound. The sheet 4 is wound on one aligned-wound layer of the wire, and a second layer of wire is aligned-wound on the layer of the sheet 4. Insert- winding of the sheet 4 between the wire aligned layers and aligning-winding of the wire are thus repeated to align and wind the wire neatly without winding collapse or the like.

摘要: PURPOSE:To provide a yarn bobbin formed by covering an element tube of metal with a resin sheath, with which slip of the sheath or its rupture is precluded even though it is used in the super-high speed spinning by attaching part of the sheath to the element tube using an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:The body of a yarn bobbin 10 is formed with an element tube of metal material, and its periphery is covered with a sheath 2 of resin. At the bottom of the element tube 1, a socket 3 of resin is fitted in such a way as enclosing the periphery of the bottom part, and at the top an inside cap 4 of resin is fitted in the bore. In the neighborhood over the socket 3, part of the bore of the lower part of the sheath 2 is attached to the peripheral surface of the element tube 1 by an adhesive 5. Even in case this is fitted on a spindle which rotates at as high a revolving speed as 10,000-40,000rpm, there is no risk that the sheath 2 exfoliated from the element tube 1 by the centrifugal force to cause slippage or rupture, and a stable taking-up of the yarn can be performed.
