摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved method for generating combustion gas of a lower pollutant level by burning fuel gas and air by using a radiant wall burner.
SOLUTION: This structure of the burner for a remote staged radiant wall furnace includes arrangement of a secondary fuel gas nozzle apart from the radiant wall burner. The structure increases mixture of the secondary fuel and furnace combustion exhaust gas. As a result, a temperature of the burning fuel gas decreases, and generation of oxides of nitrogen is reduced.

摘要: PURPOSE: To provide the structure of a chamber type coke oven, capable of preventing the delay of carbonization at the terminal part of the carbonization chamber of the chamber type coke oven and the deposition of tars in the generated gas. CONSTITUTION: A chamber type coke oven comprises an oven lid 3 having such an enlarged insertion length that a part corresponding to a terminal flue 11 is an empty oven at the terminal part 2 of the carbonization chamber of the chamber type coke oven, and/or a 60-90mm thin wall, and/or a carbonization chamber wall using a highly heat-conducting oven material such as high density silica bricks (1.7-2.1kcal/mh deg.C, at >=1000 deg.C), and a terminal flue heat-increasing mechanism used together with a conventional technique mechanism for increasing a fuel gas into the terminal flue. The improvement in the heating of the terminal part of the carbonization chamber enables the shortage of the carbonization time and the improvement in the quality of the coke at the same site. Further, the temperature of the generated gas can be raised, and the deposition of tars to the oven metallic material of the oven opening can be controlled.

摘要: PURPOSE:To improve the gas-liquid contact efficiency, the clogging due to solid sticking, the cavitation due to bubbles, and the highly required power by communicating the lower liquid reservoirs of an absorption tower and an oxidation tower, and circulating the absorption liquid through a degassing vessel. CONSTITUTION:The matter to be oxidized in a gas 1 is absorbed and removed in a absorption tower 6, and an absorption liquid is accumulated in a lower liquid reservoir 18. This absorption liquid 3 unoxidized yet flows into a lower liquid reservoir 19 of oxidation tower 7 through a natural communication pipe 9 so that the need of liquid taking-out pump is eliminated. The matter to be oxidized is aerially oxidized by an air-liquid mixing unit 10 in the lower part of the oxidation tower 7, and the required power of an injection pump 14 and blower 15 is lowered because of the low level of liquid surface. Moreover, as the absorption liquid 5 containing bubbles after oxidation is subjected to the ari-liquid separation in a degassing vessel 8, a taking-out pump 16 is prevented from cavitation. A gase out phase oxidation system is modified into this system with low cost, and the gas-liquid contact efficiency and the solid sticking problem, etc., are improved.
