摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a wrap taking-up method and device for taking up a silver sheet so that the licking phenomenon is not generated. CONSTITUTION: On a silver sheet 1 supplied to the taking-up part for a wrapping bobbin 4, a thermoplastic synthetic resin film 7 which is applied with the electrification preventing work at the position before a winding-up part is laminated, carrying out centering by a deflection correcting device 10 for the silver sheet 1 width, and with the obtained wrap, a film is surely superposed free from deflection between the superposed silver sheets, and when loosening is carried out, no direct contact between the silver sheets is presented, and licking phenomenon can be surely prevented. Further, since the film is applied with the antistatic work, the separation between the film and the silver sheet is carried out smoothly, and the workability is improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the title machine designed to make lap bobbins so as to reduce thickness variation in piecing through superposing lap fleeces in the later process in a system for winding and cutting lap fleeces. CONSTITUTION:When a signal from a pulse detector 40 gives the winding length at the initiation of the change in draft ratio, a draft ratio control unit 13 gives a command for such change to effect actuating a draft ratio changing unit 30, thus drafting lap fleeces at a level higher than the standard draft ratio while said fleeces are at a specified length. When an intermediate part of the lap fleeces at the specified length advances to the cutting position for said fleeces, a shutdown command unit 44 is actuated to effect shutdown of a main motor 7. Then, a lap drum-singly rotating unit 8 is actuated to rotate laps 38, and the lap fleeces of the specified length are cut at the intermediate position.
