Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the concentration effect of a concentration machine for a papermaking raw material. SOLUTION: This concentrating machine 1 includes (1) a raw material-receiving vessel, (2) first and second rotary bodies 4, 5 rotating by a rotary shaft 3 and being installed opposite to each other, (3) a plurality of first supporting members 42 installed in radiating form towards an outer circumferential part from the inner circumferential part of the first rotary body, (4) a plurality of first dividing filters 44 mounted as inclined at the adjacent first supporting members (mounting so that the mounting part of the filter positioned at the rear direction of rotating direction of the first rotary body faces more the second rotary body than to the mounting part of the filter positioning in the front direction of the rotating direction), (5) a plurality of second supporting members 52 installed in radiating form toward an outer circumferential part from the inner circumferential part of the second rotary body, and (6) a plurality of second dividing filters 54 mounted as inclined at the adjacent second supporting members (mounting so that the mounting position of the filter positioned at the rear direction of the rotating direction of the second rotary body faces more to the first rotary body than to the mounting position of the filter positioned at the front direction of the rotating direction). Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a waste paper compression molding press by which waste paper is not caked and clogged in a press process even when the quality of paper and a supply quantity vary. CONSTITUTION:In a waste paper compression press by which waste paper is crushed and water is added to it to perform compression molding, at the time of performing the compression molding of waste paper by a tapered compression die 4 whose sectional area is reduced in the compression direction, the press is constituted so that the waste paper is not caked and clogged in the die by retracting one surface (movable piece 5) of the side wall of this die when a required press force is exceeded in the die.

PURPOSE: To improve pressing pressure control and the quality of the object to be compressed without wear by material and without a post-treatment. CONSTITUTION: A conical compressing portion 5 of a cantilevered extrusion screw constitutes a press insert body 7 of a mouthpiece 6 having a slight peripheral edge spacing 10. The press insert body 7 has a region 12 having a smooth part 22 and a groove part 23 and a discharge region 13. A jaw 8 of a pressing clamper 9 is tightly fitted into a discharge port 14 of the discharge region. A notched part 19 beginning from the discharge port passes the axial plane of the mouthpiece 6 and arrives at a compression area 17 of the mouthpiece 6. An extension part 21 of a moving jaw 8' comes into contact with the edge part 26 of the notched part in an inner peripheral part 33'. The movement of the moving jaw comprises components of an axial direction and a radial direction. The pressing pressure of the material to be compressed is controlled by the component of the radial direction in such a manner that the jaw 8' is kept pressed to the edge 26.
