PURPOSE: An automatic temperature control system for an injection mold is provided to allow the temperature of the injection mold to be automatically maintained in a proper range by precisely measuring the temperature of the injection mold when the injection mold is operated. CONSTITUTION: An automatic temperature control system(200) includes temperature detecting parts(6) for precisely detecting the temperature of a mold. A fluid pipe is buried adjacent to a protruding section(18) and a recess section(20). The automatic temperature control system(200) has a temperature control device(26) for introducing cooling water and hot water into fluid pipes(34,36) formed at a movable mold(2) and a fixing mold(3), respectively. A cold device(8) is provided to supply a general cooling water. A preheating device(24) is provided to supply hot water by heating water.

PURPOSE: A continuous feeding apparatus for silicone injection molding is provided to supply a constant amount of liquefied silicone and hardener through a distribution side to a silicone injection molding equipment, wherein each of the silicon liquid and the hardener liquid is respectively supplied from separated cylinders to satisfy a fixed supply amount. CONSTITUTION: A continuous feeding apparatus for silicone injection molding includes a frame, a position sensor, a constant amount supply unit(40), and a check valve. The frame supports a push plate. The position sensor is installed on the frame, and detects whether the push plate reaches a predetermined position or not. The constant amount supply unit includes multiple hydraulic cylinders(45). The check valve enables a hardener liquid and a liquefied silicone raw material to be transferred in a one-way direction.
