    摘要: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a polylactic acid card is provided to light color of a design printed in a printing sheet. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive of a vegetable material is spread in a lower side of a fabric sheet manufactured with polylactic acid(S10). A desired basic design is printed in an upper side of the fabric sheet(S20). The adhesive of the vegetable material is spread again in the lower side of the fabric sheet(S30).     摘要: PURPOSE: A surface protection sheet having the electrification prevention performance and biodegradation property and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the foreign material from attaching on the surface and at the time remove the foreign material easily and to prevent scratch while giving the luster. CONSTITUTION: The surface protection sheet includes: a biodegradation property multi-layer sheet layer(2); an anti-charging layer(1); and an adhesive layer(3). The multi-layer sheet layer is formed in the B/A/B multi-layer structure which made up of internal layer of polylactic acid and outer layer of polyesters and the polylactic acid which is selected from the aliphatic polyester, aromatic polyester,aromatic-aliphatic polyester or the polylactic acid copolymers. In the anti-static layer, the antistatic agent is spreaded in the one side of the multi-layer sheet layer which is B / A / B. The antistatic agent consists of the conductivity polymer, non-ionic surfactant, and cross-linking agent. The adhesion layer is formed since the adhesive is spreaded in the other one side of the multi-layer sheet layer.

    摘要: PURPOSE: A biodegradable multilayered polymer reflector is provided to obtain the superior biodegradation rate and the superior optical property capable of reflecting wavelengths in a visible light area or infrared area. CONSTITUTION: A first resin layer includes polylactic acid. A second resin layer includes polyolefin or aromatic polyester. The first resin layer and the second resin layer are alternately stacked to form biodegradable multilayered polymer reflector. The refractive index difference between the first resin layer and the second resin layer is more than or equal to 0.2 at 632.8nm. The average thickness of respective resin layer is between 30 and 300nm. The biodegradation rate of the resin layers, which is measured for 180 days based on KS M3100-1, is more than or equal to 40%.
