PURPOSE: A melting furnace apparatus for manufacturing cement clinker is provided to continuously manufacture the cement clinker by conducting the input process of slag and supplementary materials, an ejection process, a melting process, and a mixing process in a melting pot. CONSTITUTION: A melting furnace apparatus for manufacturing cement clinker(100) comprises a melting pot(110), a material input part(120), a clinker exhausting part(130), a heat source gas feed port(140), and an inactivity gas supply part(150). The melting pot receives melted blast furnace slag and supplementary materials. The material input part is formed on the top of the melting pot. The clinker exhausting part is formed in the lower part of the melting pot and manufactured cement clinker is ejected. The heat source gas feed port provides a channel for the supply of the heating source in gas to the inside of the melting pot. The inactivity gas supply part provides a channel for the supply of the inactive gas to the inside of the melting pot.

PURPOSE: A Portland cement clinker and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce amount of carbon dioxide generation by replacing magnesium refining reduction slag for considerable amount of raw material lime stones. CONSTITUTION: A Portland cement clinker comprises 35-40 wt% of magnesium refining heat reduction slag, 17-20 wt% of electro furnace steel-manufacturing slag, and 43-46 wt% of limestone based on total weight of the clinker. The magnesium refining heat reduction slag comprises 53-57 wt% of CaO, 33-37 wt% of SiO2, 0.5-6 wt% of Al2O3, 3.5-6.1 wt% of Fe2O3, and 2-4 wt% of MgO based on the total weight of the heat reduction slag. A manufacturing method of the Portland cement clinker comprises the following steps: mixing and pulverizing the magnesium refining heat reduction slag, the steel-manufacturing slag and limestone; and plasticizing at 1300-1400 deg. A manufacturing method of cement clinker and cement and an LCD waste glass cement manufactured by the method are provided to save the environment, to obtain excellent quality which is preferable for alkaline-aggregate reaction in cement clinker and to save energy by recycling the LCD waste glass for cement. A manufacturing method of cement clinker comprises steps of: (a) preparing a cement raw material which comprises the source of CaO, SiO2, Al2O3 and Fe2O3 including LCD waste glass; (b) grinding and mixing the cement raw material including LCD waste glass; (c) pre-heating the ground mixture at 600-1,000deg.C and subjecting the mixture to decarboxylation; (d) calcining the mixture at 1,300-1,500deg.C; and (e) cooling the product at 1,100-1,300deg.C. In the steps (b), the raw material mixture comprises 0.01-7% by weight of LCD waste glass with respect to the total weight of the cement raw material. A manufacturing method of cement comprises a step of mixing and grinding the cement clinker manufactured as above with additive containing a coagulation control agent. Further, the coagulation control agent is gypsum.

A clinker composition is provided to prevent a deterioration of cement produced even if a raw material containing a large amount of an alkali component is used, and produce clinker at relatively low temperature without a decline in quality. A clinker composition includes a limestone raw material containing a certain amount of an alkali component, and a sulfate-containing material or a mixture thereof with a hydrofluoride-containing material. The sulfate-containing material is contained in a molar ratio of 1-2.5 relative to the alkali component. The hydrofluoride-containing material is contained in an amount of 0.1-0.6wt% based on the total weight of the clinker composition.
