摘要: A method for producing loess cement is provided to produce the loess cement which fundamentally prevents a crack caused by dry shrinkage of loess and has improved compressive strength. A method for producing loess cement includes a step of blending 30-40% of a loess powder, 5-10% of an oyster shell powder, 37-47% of a blast furnace slag powder, and 1-3% of a quicklime powder while keeping a water content of each component in the range of 0.2-0.5%. The loess powder comprises silicon dioxide, alumina, and iron oxide(Fe2O3) as main components.

摘要: A manufacturing method of Portland slag cement is provided to recycle industrial waste for environmental and economical reason, to reduce carbon dioxide release, and to strengthen the initial strength of the cement by improving reactivity of the slag via mechanical activation. A manufacturing method of Portland slag cement comprises steps of: (i) preparing cement clinker; (ii) grinding the cement clinker for 30-60 minutes by ball mill; (iii) reducing the size of the furnace slag particle to 210-100mum for subjecting the particles in an attrition mill; (iv) pulverizing the furnace slag particle in wet state for 5-15 minutes in the attrition mill until a slurry is obtained; (v) removing water from the slurry, drying the product to obtain pulverized slag; and (vi) mixing 50-95% by weight of the pulverized slag from (v), 4-45% by weight of the prepared cement clinker from (ii), and 1-5% by weight of limestone for 15-30 minutes to obtain Portland slag cement. The ratio for the pulverized furnace slag to water is 1:1-1:2, and the ratio for the pulverized slag to grinding ball is 1:5-1:15. The pulverized furnace slag is from iron mill waste, and the slag contains amorphous CaO, SiO2, Al2O3 and MgO, and specifically 20-40% of SiO2, 20-40% of Al2O3, 0-2% of Fe2O3, 20-40% of CaO, 5-17% of MgO, 0-5% of MnO, 0-2% of SO3, and less than 85% of glass. The cement clinker contains (CaO)3SiO2(CaO)2SiO2 phase, (CaO)3Al2O3 phase and (CaO)4Al2Fe2O3 phase, and specifically 20-25% of SiO2, 3-8% of Al2O3, 2-4% of Fe2O3, 60-70% of CaO, 0-6% of MgO, 0-4% of MnO, and less than 1.5% of SO3.
