摘要: PURPOSE: A SCR system for a ship or a land plant is provided to remove contaminating components in exhaust gas more efficiently than a DPF system, since a heater burns soot and foreign material in advance. CONSTITUTION: A SCR system for a ship or a land plant comprises an NOx removing SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier) reactor(2), a reducing agent supply line(4), a heater(21), a PM(Particle Material) reducing unit, and an ECU(5). The NOx removing SCR reactor comprises catalyst activated by the exhaust gas discharged from an exhaust gas facility. The reducing agent supply line supplies NH3 or urea to the SCR reactor or the reducing agent supply location of the upper stream. The heater heats exhaust gas facing from the exhaust gas facility to the SCR reactor and burns soot, dust, or foreign materials. The PM reducing unit filters PM in exhaust gas facing to the SCR reactor.

摘要: A benzene gas treatment method using a hybrid reactor of low temperature plasma and heteropolyacid catalyst is provided to generate low temperature plasma which decomposes harmful gases into radicals and a catalytic reaction which produces desired material from the decomposed radicals at the same time. A benzene gas treatment method using a low temperature plasma reactor comprises: a first step of pre-treating a catalyst; a second step of charging the pre-treated catalyst into the low temperature plasma reactor; a third step of injecting benzene gas and air all together into the reactor; and a fourth step of applying a voltage to the reactor, thereby generating low temperature plasma to decompose the benzene gas and activate the charged catalyst. A main body of the low temperature plasma reactor is made from quartz. The catalyst is heteropolyacid or its salt.

摘要: 본 발명은 외부 환원성 물질을 사용하여 환원 촉매상의 일시적 NOx 배출 효과를 나타내는 방식으로 NOx 배출물을 전환시키는 SCR 시스템을 장착한 디젤 동력 차량에 관한 것이다. 엔진에 의해 생성되는 실제 NOx 배출물은 NOx의 일시적 배출로 인한 SCR 시스템에서의 변화를 나타내는 현재 온도에서 환원제/환원 촉매의 NOx 저장 용량과 관련된 변수인 NOx 시간 상수를 이용하여 필터링한다. 촉매 온도는 일시적인 NOx 배출로 인한 촉매 온도의 변화를 나타내는 배기 가스의 현재 공간 속도에 상응하는 변수인 촉매 시간 상수를 이용하여 필터링한다. 환원제는 필터링되는 보정된 환원 촉매 온도를 기준으로 한 NSR 비율로 적용된 필터링되는 보정된 NOx 농도를 기준으로 계량투입한다.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for the selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine (2). According to the invention, the addition of a reaction agent (5) takes place in the exhaust gas system (1) of the internal combustion engine (2), upstream of an SCR catalyst (3), said agent consisting of one of the following reaction agents: a) a reductant and b) a reductant precursor and a structure (4), which can at least be surrounded by the exhaust gas, is configured immediately downstream of the addition of the reaction agent. Said method comprises at least the following steps: 1.1) determination of the nitrogen oxide fraction of the exhaust gas; 1.2) determination of the temperature of the structure (4); 1.3) determination of a quantity of reaction agent that is required for the reduction of the nitrogen oxide fraction determined in step 1.1); 1.4) determination of the temperature of the structure (4) after the addition of the aforementioned quantity of reaction agent; 1.5) comparison of the temperature of the structure (4) with a predeterminable target temperature; 1.6) calculation of the temperature of the structure (4) after at least one of the following measures, if the temperature is lower than the target temperature: 1.6a) addition of a reduced quantity of reaction agent and 1.6b) increase of at least one of the following temperatures: 1.6b.1) the temperature of the structure (4); and 1.6b.2) an exhaust gas temperature, until the temperature of the structure (4) after the addition of the quantity of reaction agent is higher than or matches the target temperature; and 1.7) addition of the quantity of reaction agent and optional raising of the temperature according to step 1.6b).

摘要: Ozone, preferably produced in an ambient air stream passed through a non-thermal hyperplasma reactor, is added to the hot exhaust gas stream from a lean-burn (oxygen-rich) combustion source. The ozone converts much of the NO in the NOx containing exhaust stream to NO2. The resulting NO2/NOx ratio can be controlled by the input energy density to the plasma reactor. Ammonia and/or urea is added to the ozone treated exhaust in proportion to the NOx content, and the stream passed into contact with a reduction catalyst, such as a base metal-exchanged zeolite, to convert the NOx to nitrogen.
