    摘要: A biodegradable composition including a palm fiber and a molded article by using the same are provided to prevent the pollutant from generating by using natural materials, and to improve the material properties without loosing quality for using as a heat insulator and the filling material. A biodegradable composition consists of a palm fiber powder of 76-85 wt%, a natural starch of 5-9 wt%, a vegetable oil of 3-5 wt% and a banana powder of 7-10 wt%. The palm fiber gathered from the various palm trees is inputted into the ozone water tank having O3(ozone) concentration more than 35 mg/l, and digested for 4-12 hours. The palm fiber is dried for 30minutes or 1 hour under the temperature of 180-200 degrees Celsius, and then broken to 30-40 mesh size. The palm fiber powder is formed by crushing the palm fiber to 80-100 mesh, and then crushed again to 120-150 mesh size at a crushing process. The palm fiber consists of the bark and the trunk of the palm trees and coconut fruits gathered from the various palm trees such as coconut palm, betel palm, oil palm, royal palm, peacock palm and canary palm.

    摘要: Lining paper for papering a wall and an apparatus for preparing the same are provided to correct gaps between a surface of the wall and finishing paper completely, by bonding inner paper and outer paper on middle paper in a zigzag type during forming of the lining paper. Lining paper has a three-layer structure consisting of inner paper(10), middle paper(20), and outer paper(30). A first adhesive line(20a) and a second adhesive line(20b) are coated a front surface and a rear surface of the middle paper, respectively. The first adhesive line and the second adhesive line are formed in a zigzag type in order to overlap each other. The inner paper is bonded to the front surface of the middle paper and the outer paper is bonded to the rear surface of the middle paper.
