CONSTITUTION: A power reciprocate machine(1) comprises a clean room case(400), a square supporting frame(500), and first and second heating parts(600,700). The clean room case prevents the infiltration of foreign materials into a filter and devices. The supporting frame comprises upper, lower, left, and right supporting frames for supporting the devices from the upper, lower, left, and right sides. The first heating part firstly heat-treats the entire surface of second fabric contacting first fabric of the filter by passing the second fabric through down and up bending units(200,300). The second heating part is located on the same line as a filter transfer center line of the clean room case, secondly heat-treats the filter and transfers the filter to outside.

The method comprises the steps of (a) mixing activated carbon powder, porphyry powder, silver-activated carbon, ceramic powder, polypropylene and polyolefine, (b) feeding water to the mixture, (c) compressing the mixture obtained at the step (b) after putting it into a mould, (d) drying the mixture in the mould at temperature of 300 to 350°C for 2 to 4 hrs, (e) cooling the mould at room temperature for 3 to 4 hrs, and (f) taking out the moulded body from the mould.

Surfaces of the die lying opposite on another are provided at least at their edge surfaces(15), with saw tooth-like profiles(1,2,30,31). The saw tooth-like profiles are engaged with one another. The profiles hold the individual folds(22,23,35,36) of the bellows in a defined position relative to one another. The bellows is held by the profiles at facial edges(19) of the profiles over a narrow region(18), and pressed together, forming a seal, for the injection-molding process. Thereby, a process for producing the filter cartridge improves strength of the cartridge while reducing a producing cost.
