A waterproof ventilation structure according to the present invention includes: a housing which includes an inner space and an opening part which connects the inner space to an outer space, and a waterproof ventilation membrane which closes the opening part. The waterproof ventilation membrane is a laminate which includes a first expanded PTFE porous film containing a filler, and a second extended PTFE porous film (2) without the filler. The waterproof ventilation membrane (11) is arranged to locate the second expanded PTFE porous film (2) in an inner space (22) in comparison with the first expanded PTFE porous film (1). According to the present invention, provided is a waterproof ventilation structure to prevent the filler from being separated in the housing.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a high performance butterfly valve liner, comprising: a pre-processing step of manufacturing a PTFE sheet and a cap in a predetermined size and thickness in advance; a first welding step of forming a hole in a specific position of the manufactured PTFE sheet and welding the cap on the hole; a second welding step of welding the end of the PTFE sheet in order to form the sheet as a cylindrical shape after the first welding step; and a flaring step of carrying out flaring for spreading the end of the cylindrical PTFE sheet in the shape of a trumpet by means of a flaring tool, thereby finishing a liner. According to the method for manufacturing a high performance butterfly valve liner of the present invention, the method facilitates easy and simple production, thereby reducing working time and manufacturing costs. In addition, a large-diameter valve can be easily manufactured without limitations on the size to be formed.

CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a surface-modified fluorine resin film/thermoplastic resin composite comprises a step of making the surface of a fluorine resin film rough by ion-beam irradiation from an ion source; a step of compressing the surface-modified fluorine resin film and the thermoplastic resin while maintaining the thermoplastic resin in a state of flux. The ion source is an anode layer ion source. A voltage of 1.5-3.5 kV is applied to the anode layer ion source.
