The carbonization furnace thermally decomposes rice hulls and produces rice hull charcoal. The smokeless furnace is provided with synthetic gas ejected from a furnace and competently burns the synthetic gas. The hot air pipe discharges high temperature hot air from the furnace. The temperature controller controls the temperature of the hot air. The drying tank is provided with hot air from the hot air pipe and stores crops. The turbo cleaner ventilates hot air supplied from the drying tank and collects dust.

CONSTITUTION: A dust collector includes a first collecting unit (100) and a second collecting unit (200) in the lower space part of a main body (10). Cyclones (110) are serially arranged in the first collecting unit. A cartridge filter (210) is arranged in the second collecting unit. Contaminated air is successively filtered. A discharging unit (300) is arranged in the upper space part of the main body and guides purified water from the second collecting unit to the outside. Contaminated air from the upper side of the first collecting unit downwardly moves from the upper space to the lower space of a dust collection inducing hole (150) and enters the second collecting unit through a second collection inlet (220) which is formed at the lower part of the second collecting unit. The main body is divided into the dust collection inducing hole, the second collecting unit, and a storage unit (180) by an upper guiding partition (160) and a lower guiding partition (161). The upper guiding partition forms a downward slanted side in the direction of the second collecting unit.
