PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a solidification auxiliary fuel is provided to manufacture a fuel having a higher calorific power with an economical efficiency, and to facilitate mass-treatment of food waste. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a solidification auxiliary fuel comprises the following steps: selecting food waste with a selector by collecting food waste; pulverizing the selected food waste with a crusher to 10-20mm; pulverizing the selected food waste with a crusher to 10-20mm; injecting the pulverized food waste to a centrifugal type dehydrator, and dehydrating until the water content becomes below 40%; pulverizing the dehydrated food waste to 3-5mm; pulverizing red clay to about 100mesh; pulverizing peat to about 100mesh; manufacturing myo-mass by mixing at least one or two materials among coconut, corn chip, and sawdust in a same ratio; manufacturing a first mixture by mixing 40-75wt% of pulverized food waste, 10-20wt% of myo, 6-15wt% of red clay, 4-15wt% of peat, 3-5wt% of sodium silicate, and 2-5wt% of magnesium carbonate in a mixer; manufacturing a combustion accelerator by mixing charcoal powder, activated charcoal, sodium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, potassium nitrate, calcium nitrate, barium nitrate, corks, and aluminum powder; manufacturing a second mixture by mixing 70-90wt% of the first mixture and 10-30wt% of the combustion accelerator; injecting the second mixture to a pellet extruder, and extrusion-molding the second mixture; cutting and solidifying the extrusion-molded material at the same time, and transferring to a conveyor; and drying the transferred extrusion-molded material at 80-100deg.C by hot air. PURPOSE: A pellet and a method for preparing the same are provided to enable easy preparation without generation of a corrosive material and toxic combustion gas. CONSTITUTION: A pellet contains a main ingredient such as a crushed material or pulverized material of lignocellulose-based biomass and an adhesive. The adhesive is a lignin-based adhesive material which is a residual after saccharification of defatted protein-based natural materials or biomass. The lignocelluloses-based biomass is an herbaceous plant including sunflower, hemp, Ricinus communis, Brassica campestris, reed, barley straw, wheat straw, and rice straw.

CONSTITUTION: A method for fuelizing both waste and food waste includes the following steps: waste(2) is introduced into a waste pulverizer(1) to be micropowder; the micropowder is transferred to a mixer(4); food waste and yellow soil powder(5) are mixed in a mixer with a mixing blade(6); the mixture is kneaded and is transferred to a compressive mold(7) to be pelletized; and pellets are transferred to a drying furnace(10) by a conveyor belt(11) and are dried.

PURPOSE: Palm pellets for fuel is provided to save costs and time for treating palm fibrous waste by forming the palm fibrous waste in the form of fuel pellets. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing palm pellets for fuel includes the following: palm fibrous waste is ground to obtain palm ground products(S300); the palm ground products are compressively shaped in the form of pellets(S400); the palm pellets are cut(S500). The diameters and the lengths of the palm pellets are respectively in a range between 4 and 25mm and in a range between 5 and 30mm. The palm pellets are based on palm the ground products or the mixture of the palm ground products and coffee waste. In the mixture, the weight ratio of the palm ground products and the coffee waste is 9-5:1-5.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing recycled fuel is provided to manufacture plenty of solidified fuel by shaping processing materials into various solidified fuel using a roll forging technique. CONSTITUTION: A frame is prepared. A screw case(12) is installed on the frame and includes a dice(14) and a hopper(16). A hollow screw(18) is installed in the screw case to be movable to the front side and the back side. Processing materials are transferred and compressed by the hollow screw. An electric heating part(20) is overlapped on the outer surface of the screw case and sinters and pyrolyzes the processing materials. An auxiliary heating part(28) compulsively circulates heating medium by a separate heater(26) in the screw and sinters and pyrolyzes the inside of the processing materials. A driving unit(50) piston-moves the screw in the screw case. A molding part compresses and shapes the processing materials into various lump forms.
