The present invention relates to biomass energy production which changes waste into fuel and, more specifically, to a water controlling agent for high water biomass, a sludge-free composition, sludge-free manufacturing equipment, a pellet for producing biomass energy using the same, and a manufacturing method of the pellet. The present invention provides high water biomass such as pig dropping and food waste, which not only are recognized as hate materials but also have high percentage of water content and a difficulty to be treated by a simple process, as a sludge-free composition by using a specific water controlling agent. The water controlling agent for the high water biomass, the sludge-free composition, the sludge-free manufacturing equipment, the pellet for producing biomass energy using the same, and the manufacturing method of the pellet have a simple facility by generating sludge, have a high processing speed, do not discharge harmful components during processes, and reduce environment pollution.

The present invention relates to a treatment method for reducing the volume of radiation waste by grinding and resolidifying radiation waste ionxchange resin with a certain amount of energy so that the treatment becomes easier, and the safety is improved. More particularly, in the method, 20-120 Wh/kg of energy is applied to radiation waste ionxchange resin to grind the same, so without adding solidifying agents, grinding and resolidifying the same are possible, and the volume is reduced, so that the treatment become easier. Also, pressure leaching safety of radiation waste ionxchange resin is improved by adding one agent among silicon, epoxy, epoxy bond, cyanoacrylate, cement, and ceramic to the radiation waste ionxchange resin.
