The present invention provides a kind of hydrocracking catalyst, the catalyst includes a compound support consisting of zeolite molecular sieve and alumina, at least a metal component of VIII group, at least a metal component of VIB group, and an organic additive. The said organic compound is selected from the group of oxygen containing or nitrogen containing organic additive. Based on the weight of the catalyst, the content of the zeolite molecular sieve is 3-60 w%, the content of the alumina is 10-80 w%, the content of the organic additive is 0.1-40 w%. Calculated as the oxide and based on the weight of the catalyst, the content of the metal component of VIII group is 1-15 w%, the content of the metal component of VIB group is 5-40 w%. The present invention also relates to the preparation method of the said catalyst and its use in hydrocracking method of the hydrocarbon oil. Compared with the catalyst provided by the kown technology, the aromatics hydroconverting activity of the catalyst provided by the present invention has been improved notably.

In the hydrocracking of heavy oil, the catalyst enables kerosene/gas oil to be yielded in an increased amount and facilitates the production of high-quality kerosene/gas oil reduced in sulfur content and nitrogen content. (A) The aluminosilicate has a composition concerning main components in oxide forms, wherein the SiO2/Al2O3 molar ratio is 20-100 and the content of iron in terms of Fe2O3 is 0.2-5.0 mass%. (B) The aluminosilicate has a specific surface area of 700 m2 /g or larger, and the total volume of pores having a pore diameter of 200 nm or smaller is 0.6 mL/g or larger.

PURPOSE: To provide a novel molecular sieve-containing catalyst for cracking hydrocarbons, which has high cracking activity and high sulfur reduction activity, and a method for preparing the molecular sieve-containing catalyst. CONSTITUTION: The catalyst comprises molecular sieve, refractory inorganic oxide, clay and metal component. Based on the total amount of the catalyst, the molecular sieve is 1 to 90 wt.%, the refractory inorganic oxide is 2 to 80 wt.%, the clay is 2 to 80 wt.%, and the metal component is 0.1 to 30 wt.%, which is calculated as the metal oxide having its maximum valence state. The metal component exists essentially in a reduction state and is at least one metal selected from the group consisting of metals of Group III A(excepting aluminum), metals of Group IVA, VA, IB, IIB, VB, VIB and VIIB, and non-noble metals of Group VIII of the periodic table.

PURPOSE: A method of isomerization of vinyl glycols to unsaturated diols is prepared. CONSTITUTION: This invention relates to a process for the isomerization of a vinyl glycol to an unsaturated diol in the presence of a rhenium-based catalyst; and to a catalyst for said isomerization. More specifically, this invention relates to the isomerization of 3-butene-1,2-diol to 2-butene-1,4-diol; and to a process for the manufacture of 1,4-butanediol involving the step of isomerizing 3-butene-1,2-diol to 2-butene-1,4-diol in the presence of said catalyst. The catalyst is characterized in that it comprises a transition metal on a carrier wherein the carrier is a zeolite Y type substance containing silicon and aluminum in a mole ratio of from about 1.5: 1 to about 1000: 1, and the transition metal is rhenium or a rhenium compound and mixtures thereof present in an amount of from about 0.1 to about 50 weight percent based on total combined weight of the carrier and of the rhenium or rhenium compound and mixtures thereof.

CONSTITUTION: Petroleum fraction containing organic sulfur compound is catalytic cracked in the presence of catalyst containing a porous molecular sieve having metal component in the porosity and an oxidating metal larger than zero to reduce sulfur. Thus, ZSM-5 having 26/1 of SiO2/Al2O3 ratio, MCM-49 having 19/1 of SiO2/Al2O3 ratio and beta and siliceous MCM 41 having 35/1 of SiO2/Al2O3 ratio are ammonium -exchanged, calcined to a hydrogen type zeolite. Zn is added by ZnCl2 in the H-type zeolite, removed non-reacted Cl- ion. The zeolite is dried and calcined at 540 degree C for 3 hours in air to give the zeolite catalyst.

CONSTITUTION: The catalyst contains: 0.1 to 99.8% of the delaminated zeolite more than one sort; 0.1 to 60% of elements more than one sort selected from the VB class; 0.1 to 99% of porous inorganic matrixes more than one sort of an amorphous or a low crystallized oxide type; 0.1 to 20% of cocatalytic elements more than one sort selected from the group consisting of boron, phosphorus and silicon except one included in zeolite; 0 to 60% of elements more than one sort selected from the VIB class element and VIII class element in some cases; and 0 to 20% of elements more than one sort selected from the VIIA class.
