The present invention relates to a rubber reinforced thermoplastic transparent resin composition and a thermoplastic high transparent resin. Specifically, the present invention improves light diffusion degree (haze value), light transmittance and yellow index and is able to provide improved low temperature whiteness when a resin composition is mixed with acrylic copolymers while rubber contents in graft copolymers included in the resin composition are reinforced. The rubber reinforced thermoplastic transparent resin composition and thermoplastic high transparent resin according to the present invention have the haze value of 1.0 or less and improve yellow index since transparency is excellent regardless of the rubber content of a product, thereby providing the thermoplastic high transparent resin which is near to natural color.

PURPOSE: A methylmethacrylate-butadiene-styrene impact modifier is provided to use a polyethylene glycol comonomer in a shell graft polymerization step for a core-shell structure impact modifier, thereby improving the dispersity of a polycarbonate impact reinforcing agent and improving low temperature impact strength. CONSTITUTION: A methylmethacrylate-butadiene-styrene impact modifier includes a butadiene-based rubber polymer core; and a shell that at least one comonomer among a (meth) acrylic acid alkyl ester monomer, an aromatic vinyl monomer, and a polyethylene glycol diacrylate, and a tetraethylene glycol diacrylate is grafted to the butadiene-based rubber polymer. The polycarbonate resin composition includes 4-10 wt% of the methacrylate-butadiene-styrene impact modifier and 90-96 wt% of a polycarbonate resin.

CONSTITUTION: A methylmethacrylate-butadiene-styrene graft copolymer comprises 76-86 weight% of a conjugated diene based rubber core, and 15-35 weight% of a graft shell which surrounds the rubber core, and includes an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer, and methacrylic acid. The amount of the methacrylic acid is 1-30 weight% on the basis of 100 weight% of the graft shell. The conjugated diene rubber core additionally comprises 5-35 weight% of an ethylenically unsaturated aromatic compound.

An impact strength modifier is provided to increase impact resistance at a low temperature of a thermoplastic resin, to maintain high transparency of molded products, and to be used as materials for optical media. An impact strength modifier comprises a graft copolymer obtained by polymerizing a vinyl monomer(B) in the presence of a polymer mixture(A). The polymer mixture includes a polymer(A1) containing butadiene units as a main component and a polymer(A2) containing styrene units as a main component. The polymer mixture(A) has 45~65 mass % of butadiene units and 35~55 mass % of styrene units. The vinyl monomer(B) has 40~80 mass % of an aromatic vinyl monomer(B1) and 20~60 mass % of an alkylacrylate monomer(B2).

Disclosed is a rubber-reinforced resin which, when formed into a molded article, can prevent the contamination or soiling of an article contacted with the molded article or a device on the periphery of the molded article, and is excellent in impact resistance and transparency. Also disclosed is an anti-static resin composition which is excellent in impact resistance and anti-static property. The rubber-reinforced resin comprises a rubber-reinforced copolymer resin produced by polymerizing 20 to 95 parts by mass of monomer components comprising methyl methacrylate, an aromatic vinyl compound and a vinyl cyanide compound in the presence of a rubbery polymer having a predetermined volume average particle diameter, or comprises a mixture of the rubber-reinforced copolymer resin and a copolymer of the above-mentioned monomer components. The anti-static resin composition comprises the rubber-reinforced resin and a polymeric anti-static agent, wherein the rubbery polymer is contained in an amount of 5 to 40% by mass. In each of the rubber-reinforced resin and the anti-static resin composition, the total amount of the substances detected at a retention time of 10 to 24 minutes is 20,000 Vg or less per gram of the sample as determined by pyrolysis GC analysis.
