摘要: 본발명은 PVC 항충격개량제인불투명고 항충격 MBS 및그 제조방법을제공하며, PVC 보조제생산제조기술영역에속한다. 본발명에서제공하는 MBS는질량분율로나타내면, 코어층 80% ~ 95%;쉘층 4% ~ 20%;보호콜로이드 0.001% ~ 0.05%로조성되고,상기코어층은부타디엔및 스티렌의중합체이고, 상기쉘층은스티렌, 아크릴레이트및 메타크릴레이트중의하나, 또는두 개또는세 개의공중합체이고,상기보호콜로이드는폴리비닐알코올, 젤라틴및 하이드록시프로필메틸셀룰로스중의하나, 또는세 개중의둘 또는세 개의화합물을포함한다. 본발명은기존 MBS 제품에존재하는항충격강도가높지않고, 후처리공정에서의응집또는분무가어려운문제를해결하였다.

In the vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon-conjugated diene block copolymer, the content of vinyl aromatic hydrocarbons is 5-50 parts by weight based on 100.0 parts by weight of the vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon-conjugated diene block copolymer, and the number average molecular weight is 5,000-1,000,000 g/mol. The modified asphalt composition comprises asphalt, the asphalt modifier and sulfur.

CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a thermoplastic resin comprises the following steps: producing a reaction mixture by mixing a reaction solvent, a styrene-based monomer, an acrylonitrile-based monomer, ethylene propylene rubber, and methacrylic acid; firstly continuously bulk-polymerizing the reaction mixture in 90~130 deg C; and secondly continuously bulk-polymerizing the mixture in 130~160deg C. 5~10wt% of methacrylic acid is contained in the mixture.
