    摘要: PURPOSE: An artificial stone using yellow soil and its preparation method are provided, to obtain an artificial stone which has the strength enough to be used as a construction and decoration material. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of mixing 100 parts by weight of cement, 2.5-3 parts by weight of yellow soil and a blending material whose content is equal to that of the yellow soil; and adding water to the mixture to prepare a slurry, wherein the slurry is degassed by centrifuging it with a velocity of 900 rpm for 30-60 min. Preferably the mixture comprises further 350-400 parts by weight of aggregate mixture consisting of fine aggregate and coarse aggregate in the ratio of 1:2 based on 100 parts by weight of the cement.

    摘要: Disclosed is an electroconductive composition for dissipating electricity, which comprises a binder, a quick-curing, high strength admixture, an expansion agent, an electroconductive material, a chemical admixture, and a hardening accelerator, said electroconductive material being finely milled, pan- or pitch-type carbon fiber with a length from 100 to 1,000 mu m and being used in the amount of 0.1 to 20 % by weight. In addition to being so excellent in scattering static electricity as to ensure uniform surface resistance, the electroconductive composition is very convenient to work with because of its high fluidity. Further, the composition is endowed with such a self-leveling property as to require no additional finishing processes. It can be formed into a layer as thin as 5 mm, which rsults in a significant reduction in material cost. With these advantages, the composition can find application in various fields. A panel prepared with the composition is also disclosed.

    摘要: PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of artificial stones with light weight, easy coloration and strength equivalent to natural stones by using white cement, volcanic rocks as main materials. CONSTITUTION: The artificial stones used as exterior materials are manufactured by the following steps of: mixing 35-45wt.% of white cement, 45-55wt.% of volcanic rocks for light weight, and 5-10wt.% of waste construction materials(waste concrete, stone powder, etc.); adding 2-5wt.% of additives such as Co, Fe2O3, acryl, waterproof agent, water reducing agent and pigment; vibrational forming; curing and drying for 12hrs, with hot blast, repeating low temperature cycle(20deg.C) and high temperature cycle(45deg.C) every six hours in turns, wherein the hot blast is supplied to artificial stone compacts by repeating the process of spraying high-pressured hot blast over the compacts and re-spraying the reflected hot blast from the compacts; glazing and polishing for surface treatment.
