Provided is a fill material including air cooled slag as coarse aggregates, granulated slag as fine aggregates, and at least one kind selected from desulfurization slag, dephosphorization slag, and plaster as activation material. The fill material of the present invention uses by-products from an ironmaking process, thereby being more eco-friendly compared to conventional fill material. Since the fill material of the present invention does not use steelmaking slag which requires long term aging, only few time and space limitations exist. Also, the fill material of the present invention uses granulated slag having hydraulicity as fine aggregates to enhance the bonding strength between coarse aggregates and fine aggregates, thus improving the compressive strength of the fill material, to fill the space between aggregates with activation materials such as the desulfurization slag, the dephosphorization slag, and plaster, and to react with SiO2 to form hydrates of CaO-SiO2-H2O and CaO-Al2O3-CaSO4-H2O, thereby being able to reach high compressive strength in a short time after filling.

A method for preparing an asphalt concrete composition comprising aggregate, filler, bituminous materials, and additives includes the steps of: (a) storing bottom ash used as the aggregate, and fly ash and bottom ash used as the filler in respective hoppers; (b) heating an asphalt composition in an asphalt storage tank to 100-120 °C; and (c) charging 85-92wt% of the bottom ash as the aggregate and 3-5wt% of the fly ash and bottom ash as fillers provided in the step (a), and 4-10wt% of the asphalt composition provided in the step (b) into a mixer, heating, stirring, and mixing the admixture at 100-120 °C.

The present invention relates to a high-efficiency uniformly-heating system for manufacturing precast concrete using microwaves and method for manufacturing precast concrete using the same. More particularly, the present invention provides a heating system for manufacturing precast concrete that can reduce the initial hydration time of concrete poured into a form and thus can reduce time for manufacturing precast concrete greatly by heating the form using the heating system using microwaves in manufacturing precast concrete products such as bridge deck panels, girders, boxes, beams, culverts, retaining walls, piles, track slabs and concrete sleepers; and a method for manufacturing precast concrete using the same. The heating system for precast concrete using microwaves according to the present invention heats uniformly and rapidly using microwaves, can reduce costs for manufacturing factory products or cast-in-place precast concrete greatly by heating a form using microwaves in manufacturing precast concrete products, and can solve the problems of high energy and high costs in a steam curing method by an oil or gas boiler.

The present invention relates to a filling material for performing moment connection between girders by filling a vertically separated installation part of a floor slab integrated precast concrete girder on a bridge using a floor slab integrated precast concrete girder in which the floor slab and a girder are integrated, and a method for constructing a bridge preferably using the filling material. According to the present invention, the filling material for longitudinal moment connection of a floor slab integrated precast concrete girder bridge includes: water of 140 to 170 kg/m^3, a water to binder ratio of 13 to 20%, a quantity of aggregate of 800 to 1200 kg/m^3, and a fine aggregate ratio of 30 to 45%. The binder includes: cement of 55 to 70 wt%, silica fume of 10 to 20 wt%, blast furnace slag micro-powder of 10 to 30 wt%, and plaster of 2 to 5 wt%, and additionally includes steel fiber of 0.2 to 2 vol% per a filling material of 1 m^3. According to the present invention, the bridge constructing method is as follows. A floor slab integrated precast concrete girders are separately installed on a bridge in a longitudinal direction. Reinforcing bars of floor slabs of floor slab integrated precast concrete girders are connected in a longitudinally separated installation part. The floor slabs of floor slab integrated precast concrete girders are integrated by moment connection after being filled with the filling material for longitudinal moment connection of a floor slab integrated precast concrete girder bridge.

CONSTITUTION: A vegetation block(100) for a reinforcement wall utilizing non-sintered cement comprises a front portion(110), a rear portion(120), and a vegetation groove(130). The front portion is formed in order to protrude from the rear portion and includes non-sintered cement, an intensity development material, sand, pigment, and red clay. The rear portion comprises a center portion(121) and a latching projection(126) and includes the non-sintered cement, aggregate, the intensity development material, and vermiculite. The vegetation groove is formed in between the front and rear portions.
