PURPOSE: An electrical connecting apparatus and an assembling method thereof are provided which does not require chaotic and skillful adjustment work which accompanies the selection of a shim or a cylindrical spacer when a probe substrate is replaced. CONSTITUTION: According to an electrical connecting apparatus, a reinforcing plate (16) has one side and the other side which face with each other. One side of a wiring base plate (14) is combined to the reinforcing plate to contact with the one side of the reinforcing plate, and a plurality of electrical connection parts is installed in the other side of the wiring base plate. A probe base plate (18) is installed with a second electrical connecting part in one side facing with the other side of the wiring base plate, and a number of probes electrically connected to each second electrical connecting part are installed in the other side. A plurality of anchor portions (32) is formed in the area of the one side of the probe base plate where the second connecting part is not installed, and a screw hole is installed at the top of the anchor portion. A plurality of through-holes is formed in each of the wiring base plate and the reinforcing plate in correspondence to each anchor portion as being matched with each other along the thickness direction. One side end of a plurality of cylindrical spacers (50) is removably screwed to the top of each anchor portion, and a screw groove is formed in the inner circumference of the other side end of the cylindrical spacers, and the plurality of cylindrical spacers is arranged in the through-hole of the reinforcing plate and the wiring base plate. A plurality of reference plates (42) is removably combined to the reinforcing plate through a screw member. A plurality of shims is inserted between each reference plate and the reinforcing plate. A bolt (46) has a head portion and an axis portion. The head portion is placed on the other side of the reference plate. The axis portion penetrates the reference plate and the corresponding shim from the head portion, and a front end of the axis portion is screwed to the screw groove of the cylindrical spacer.

PURPOSE: A device for automatically inspecting inserting power and pulling power of an ear jack for a terminal is provided to enable an inspector to accurately know inserting power and pulling power of an ear jack hole. CONSTITUTION: An ear jack socket is mounted on a mounting unit(120). A power unit slides the mounting unit. A power control unit varies the speed of the power unit. A push pull gauge(130) includes a test jack plug(131). The push pull gauge measures inserting power or pulling power when the ear jack socket is inserted into or pulled out from the test jack plug. A display unit(140) displays measured power.

PURPOSE: A heating element and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily control the calorific value of a heating element according to part by regulating the length of a bus bar of each heating unit. CONSTITUTION: A heating element comprises two or more heating units which include two bus bars and conductive heaters electrically connected to the bus bars. The bus bars of the heating units are connected in series. In each heating unit, the power per unit area decreases according to the increase of the length of the bus bars and is independent of the interval between the bus bars.
