상기 연속강판 가이드장치는, 핀치롤의 타측에 강판의 설비끼임을 방지토록 제공되고 핀치롤과 일체로 업다운 되도록 구성된 다수의 가이드롤;과, 상기 핀치롤과 마그네트 컨베이어의 구동롤사이에 연결되어 강판의 설비끼임을 방지하면서 핀치롤의 구동력을 전달하는 벨트부재; 및, 상기 벨트부재를 구동원으로 상기 핀치롤의 하강시 마그네트 컨베이어를 가동시키는 구동력 전달수단으로 구성되어 있다.
이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 페이오프릴(PAY OFF REEL)에서부터 풀리면서 연속공정에 투입되는 초기 냉연강판의 선단부를 공정에 원활하게 진입되도록 가이드하면서, 특히 강판선단부가 굴곡되어 있어도 안정적으로 연속공정에 투입되도록 하여 전체적인 강판의 연속공정 조업성을 향상시키는 개선된 효과를 얻을 수 있다.-

摘要: PURPOSE: A pinch roll control method is provided to secure smooth rolling threadability by preventing stopping of the rolling bar, secure surface quality of the rolling bar by preventing inflow of high pressure water into finish mill and increase actual yield by preventing misoperation of defective shaped rolling bar. CONSTITUTION: In a method for controlling an upper pinch roll installed in front of finish mill, the method comprises a step (S51) of calculating distance after sensing input of reference point of rolling bar (admission of head part); a step (S52) of cutting the head part of the rolling bar by operating crop shear if the calculated distance is judged to be a head part cutting position; a step (S53) of driving the pinch roll by operating down a pinch roll up/down cylinder, thereby moving down the pinch roll; a step (S54,S55) of calculating a distance after sensing a reference point output (output of tail part) of the rolling bar passing through the pinch roll; a step (S56) of cutting the tail part of the rolling bar by operating the crop shear if the calculated distance is judged to be a tail part cutting point; a step (S57,S58) of moving up the pinch roll by operating up the pinch roll up/down cylinder after completing output of the rolling bar, and stopping driving of the pinch roll up/down cylinder.

CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus(1) for removing scale formed on slab manufactured in the mini-mill process, the apparatus comprises upper and lower transfer means(10) comprising a lower cylinder(12) fixed to both sides of a lower part of the slab, a pinion(14) driven by motor at the side surface of the lower cylinder, and an upper cylinder(18) onto the outer circumference of which rack(16) engaged with the pinion is fixed, and which is vertically guided by the lower cylinder; a body(30) comprising a high pressure water header(32) fixed onto an upper part of the upper cylinder so that high pressure water is supplied to the high pressure water header, high pressure water injection nozzles fixed to the high pressure water header, a high pressure water discharge pipe which is positioned in front of an upper part of the high pressure water header, and a part of the outer circumferential surface of which is opened, and a guiding plate(36) slantly formed at a lower part of the high pressure water discharge pipe to guide injected high pressure water into the high pressure water discharge pipe, wherein the high pressure water header, the high pressure water injection nozzles, the high pressure water discharge pipe and the guiding plate are integrally formed in the body; and pinch rolls(50) elastically installed so that the pinch rolls are closely adhered to the slab with the pinch rolls being arranged in front and rear of the body.

CONSTITUTION: In a strip winding facility comprising a tension reel(2) on which strip extracted from line facility is wound, and a pinch roll(5) for guiding the strip to the tension reel by being closely adhered to the strip, the apparatus comprises a plural foreign material removers(10A-10D) comprising a foreign material adsorption part(54) installed at an outer part of the tension reel and positioned adjacently to the surface of the strip to adsorb foreign materials from the strip(1), a foreign material suction part for sucking in the foreign materials adsorbed by the foreign material adsorption part, and a position adjusting part for controlling position of the foreign material adsorption part for the surface of the strip so as to remove the foreign materials stuck to the surface of the strip; a position controller(20) installed on shaft of the pinch roll to operate the total thickness of the strip wound around the tension reel according to rotation of the pinch roll and electrically connected to the position adjusting part of the foreign material removers to transmit signals to the position adjusting part; and a foreign material inspirator(30) connected to the foreign material suction part of the foreign material removers and equipped with motor(32) and fan(33) to receive the foreign materials sucked by the foreign material suction part through suction line(31) so that the foreign materials are stored in the inspirator.

CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for controlling plate camber using pinch roll in steel plate process for cutting a moving steel plate in rotary side trimmer (11), the apparatus comprises a plate sensor (14) installed in front of the rotary side trimmer to detect whether the front end of the steel plate passes through the rotary side trimmer; a pinch roll (12) which is equipped with upper and lower rolls and installed in front of the plate sensor so that the upper roll is descended by signals of the sensor to fixing drive a moving steel plate; and a control part (16) for controlling operation of the rotary side trimmer, plate sensor and pinch roll and controlling driving speed of the pinch roll so that driving speed of the pinch roll is interlockingly connected to linear moving speed of the plate according to driving speed of the rotary side trimmer.
