摘要: PURPOSE: A raw material transport perceiving system is provided to prevent the mal-exhaust, the mal-intake and the mal-blending of raw materials and improve the transport efficiency of belt conveyer by using a monitor automatically designating the kind and the location of transported raw materials and the kinds of stored raw materials thereon. CONSTITUTION: A raw material transport perceiving system comprises a perceiving section, a transporting section(20) and a monitoring section(40). The perceiving section can identify the kind of a raw material exhausted by a raw material exhausting machine. The transporting section(20) perceives the kind of transported raw material by using a first, a second and a third perceiving sensors(23,26,29). The monitoring section(40) for designating the kind and the location of transported raw material and the kind of stored raw material. Therefore, the raw material transport perceiving system makes an operator easily perceive the states of transported raw materials.

摘要: PURPOSE: To provide a method for quick open control in down coiler to obtain rolling threadability and improve quality of strip by improving reliability of sensors for sensing position of the strip to accurately discriminate position of the strip during initial coiling of the strip and controlling open and close of unit rolls through improvement of sensor reliability. CONSTITUTION: In a method for quick open control by opening and closing a plural unit rolls(121-124) in a down coiler(130) for coiling a strip(101) passing through upper and lower pinch rolls(111,112), the method for quick open control in the down coiler comprises a step of sensing time at which a top end of the strip passes through a specific position by irradiating infrared light onto the surface of the strip being moved to the down coiler after passing through the upper and lower pinch rolls; a step of calculating position of the top end of the strip using a rotation speed of the pinch rolls and an elapsed time after sensing time at which a top end of the strip passes through a specific position; a first unit roll control step of starting coiling of the strip by controlling open and close of the plural unit rolls according to the top end of the strip; and a second unit roll control step of controlling open and close of the plural unit rolls using the sensed position of the top end of the strip after sensing position of the top end of the strip in a circumferential direction of the down coiler by irradiating infrared light onto the strip coiled on the down coiler.

摘要: PURPOSE: A pinch roll control method is provided to secure smooth rolling threadability by preventing stopping of the rolling bar, secure surface quality of the rolling bar by preventing inflow of high pressure water into finish mill and increase actual yield by preventing misoperation of defective shaped rolling bar. CONSTITUTION: In a method for controlling an upper pinch roll installed in front of finish mill, the method comprises a step (S51) of calculating distance after sensing input of reference point of rolling bar (admission of head part); a step (S52) of cutting the head part of the rolling bar by operating crop shear if the calculated distance is judged to be a head part cutting position; a step (S53) of driving the pinch roll by operating down a pinch roll up/down cylinder, thereby moving down the pinch roll; a step (S54,S55) of calculating a distance after sensing a reference point output (output of tail part) of the rolling bar passing through the pinch roll; a step (S56) of cutting the tail part of the rolling bar by operating the crop shear if the calculated distance is judged to be a tail part cutting point; a step (S57,S58) of moving up the pinch roll by operating up the pinch roll up/down cylinder after completing output of the rolling bar, and stopping driving of the pinch roll up/down cylinder.
