摘要: PURPOSE: A fan coil unit for both central air conditioning and heating and individual space heating is provided to minimize power consumption and to improve thermal efficiency using a positive temperature coefficient heater and a heat pipe. CONSTITUTION: A fan coil unit(100) for both central air conditioning heating and individual space heating comprises a central heating and air conditioning unit(110) and a individual space heating unit(120). The central heating and air conditioning unit comprises a heat exchanger(111), a blower(112), and an ejection port(113). The heat exchanger exchanges heat by being supplied with cooling and heating water. The blower supplies air to the heat exchanger. The air which is heat exchanged in the heat exchanger and supplied by the blower is discharged through the ejection port. The individual heating unit comprises one or more heat pipes, a positive temperature coefficient heater, and an individual room control unit. The heat pipe is formed between the heat exchanger and the ejection port. The positive temperature coefficient heater is connected to one side of the heat pipe. The individual room control unit controls the operation of the positive temperature coefficient heater.

The rear part supporting member seals another end part of the housing. The ultraviolet ray radiating part includes a transparent protective pipe, an ultraviolet ray lamp, and a protective cap. The front part supporting member includes a nozzle, a front packing, a front plate, and a front cover. The front packing supports the nozzle and is elastically inserted into the housing. The front plate is arranged between the front packing and the photocatalyst part. The protective pipe, an inlet, and an outlet are inserted into the front plate. The front cover surrounds the nozzle.
