Abstract: PURPOSE: A composite construction method for a building using environmentally-friendly heat insulation and waterproof paint is provided to construct a rooftop with improved functionality by using heat insulation and waterproof paint with improved heat resistance, chemical resistance, waterproof, and weather-proof properties. CONSTITUTION: A composite construction method for a building using environmentally-friendly heat insulation and waterproof paint is as follows. The surface of a rooftop is washed(S100). An insulation sheet is fixed to the washed surface of the rooftop(S200). Heat insulation and waterproof paint, composed of 10-15wt% of functional paint and 10-15wt% of water based on the total weight of cement, is spread on the surface of the insulation sheet(S300). Ceramic coating paint with a fluorinated copolymer resin is spread on the surface of the heat insulation and waterproof paint(S400).
