摘要： PURPOSE: Use of a reformed solid cake as a soil recovering material in landfill is provided to recycle a sludge formed in treating sewage or waste water, to prevent a partial sinkage of landfill, to improve a septic speed of waste component and to inhibit hazardous germs and bacteria. CONSTITUTION: The solid cake is reformed by adding 18 parts by weight of limestone to 82 parts by weight of a dehydrated sludge consisting of 10-15 wt.% of a volatile solid obtained by dehydrating a sludge produced from a sewage purification treatment process and 70-90 wt.% of a fixed solid.

본 발명은 폐유리 병 및 폐합성수지 병을 분쇄 및 파쇄하여 유리와 합성수지를 선별한 후 발생하는 혼합 폐기물에서 유가금속 캡을 분리하는 장치에 있어서, 자력을 이용하여 혼합 폐기물에서 철금속의 유가금속 캡을 분리하는 자력 선별부; 와전류를 이용하여 자력 선별부에서 철금속의 유가금속 캡을 분리한 이후 남은 혼합 폐기물에서 철금속의 잔여 유가금속 캡 및 비철금속의 유가금속 캡을 추가로 분리하는 와전류 선별부; 및 자력 선별부 및 와전류 선별부에서 분리된 철금속 및 비철금속의 유가금속 캡을 라이너 제거 온도 범위에서 열처리하여, 분리된 유가금속 캡에 부착된 합성수지의 라이너를 제거하는 열처리부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유가금속 캡 분리 장치를 제공한다.
본 발명에 의하면, 유리나 합성수지 재활용업체에서 유리와 합성수지를 선별 후 발생하는 혼합 폐기물에서 라이너가 제거된 유가금속 캡을 경제성 있게 분리하여 유가금속을 재활용하는 효과가 있다.

摘要： PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of pavement blocks excellent in bend strength and water absorption by using wastewater sludge generated from water purification plants. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of pavement blocks comprises the steps of: firing dehydrated sludge, generated from wastewater facilities, at 850deg.C for 1hr, and cooling by blowing air; mixing 3-12kg(2.5-10.0wt.%, based on the mount of cement) of obtained sludge ash, 410kg of stone powder, 200kg of sand, 19kg of water and 120kg of cement.

摘要： A method for collecting aluminum and a device thereof are provided to collect aluminum of high purity by sorting glass, silicon, and the aluminum with an eddy current. An aluminum collecting device(100) comprises a heat treatment unit(110) and a separation unit(120). The heat treatment unit separates glass, silicon, and the aluminum in proper temperature for proper time. The heat treatment unit heat-treats mixed waste in 500~550‹C for 30~60 minutes. The mixed waste includes the aluminum in which the glass and the silicon are adhered.

The pretreatment unit cuts or crushes an aluminum-deposited synthetic resin film. The synthetic resin film input unit controls the amount of synthetic resin film. The synthetic resin film collection unit collects the synthetic resin film after washing it in alkali water solution. The control unit controls the volume, concentration and temperature of the alkali water solution.
