    Abstract: PURPOSE: A crosslinkable polymer dispersion is provided to have excellent stability, and to provide a film with excellent water resistance and alcohol resistance. CONSTITUTION: A crosslinkable polymer dispersion comprises: a dispersion particle of one or more film-forming polymers which comprises the film-forming polymers dispersion particle containing 1-10 weight% of polymerization unit with one or more functional monomers based on the solid weight of the polymer; and one or more multi-glycidyl compounds each of which has four or more glycidyl groups per a molecule. The functional monomers are selected from an acid-functional monomer, an amine monomer, and a mixture thereof. A saturated porous substrate comprises a porous substrate, and the aqueous dispersion saturating the porous substrate.
