Abstract: This clock has a horrow nut passing through a dial and wall apertures and screwing into a female thread in movement case. The clock comprises a drive member (1), an clock case (4), a cardboard dial (8) , a drive shaft (3), and a hollow nut (10). The drive member has a protruding shaft and the clock case has a wall (5) and a ridge (6) which is forwardly offset from the wall. The dial rests against the ridge and is formed with an aperture (9). The horrow nut, through which the shaft protrude, passes through the dial and wall apertures (9,7) and screw into a female thread in the movement casing. The head of the nut holds the dial in tension to prevent it from curling.
