    摘要: PURPOSE: A structural construction panel radiating far infrared radiation is provided to increase pollution resistance, alkali resistance, and abrasion resistance as well as breaking load and adhesive strength, to give deodorization and antibacterial effect by using loess and charcoal CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of structural panel comprises the following steps of: a) preparing pulp by melting cellulose, waste paper and fiber sludge, b) extracting loess by separating, refining, sorting and grinding loess, c) crushing charcoal, d) agitating 20 to 60 weight % of pulp, 20 to 60 weight % of loess, 10 to 30 % of charcoal and 10 weight % of some other mixture, e) forming the agitated mixture, f) drying process with hot air(200 to 270°C), and g) cutting the mold.

    摘要: PURPOSE: A structural panel having a radiated far infrared ray and process for producing thereof are provided which has improved deodorization and antibiosis effect by using an artificial panel and a tile. CONSTITUTION: A structural panel is comprised of 10-20% by weight of plaster, 20-30% by weight of yellow earth, 10-20% by weight of charcoal powder, 50-60% by weight of cellulose and fibrous sludge solved pulp and 10% by weight of grass liquid and additive. The panel is prepared by following the steps of: solving a cellulose, paper and fibrous sludge to prepare of pulp; dividing, purifying and selecting a yellow earth; classifying and pulvurizing a charcoal to powderize it; mixing 10-20% by weight of plaster, 20-30% by weight of yellow earth, 10-20% by weight of charcoal powder, 50-60% by weight of pulp and 10% by weight of grass liquid and additive to blend it; forming a blended mixture to dry it at 200-270°C; and then cutting the formed material with panel shape.
