    摘要: PURPOSE: A fire resistant method of producing high-strength concrete is provided to prevent the spallation of the high-strength concrete by combining a concrete cement-based fire resistant sprayer with a gypsum board and to obtain excellent fire resistance which is required for high-rise buildings. CONSTITUTION: A fire resistant method of producing high strength concrete comprises a step of spraying the high-strength concrete with a coating, which is obtained by mixing a fireproof coating material and water with a ratio of 1:0.5-1.5, respectively and a step of attaching a gypsum board to the coating. The fireproof coating material comprises: 20-88.6 weight% of an inorganic binder; 5-40 weight% of a fireproof insulating material; 5-30 weight% of an inorganic fire retardant; 0.1-30 weight% of a binding filler; and 0.3-6 weight% of an admixture which is a functional additive.

    摘要: PURPOSE: Refractory coatings are provided, which has improved fire resistance, adhesive strength, compressive strength and durability, and does not produce cracks by using vermiculite or perlite and coated polystyrene. CONSTITUTION: The refractory coatings include 20 to 40 wt% of cement, 30 to 60 wt% of gypsum, 5 to 15 wt% of foamed polystyrene, 5 to 30 wt% of a blowing agent, 0.1 to 0.5 wt% of a foaming agent, 3 to 15 wt% of a fire retardant filler, 1 to 5 wt% of a fire retardant pulp and 0.5 wt% of a thickener. The blowing agent is selected from vermiculite or perlite. The foamed polystyrene is coated with an antistatic agent, an adhesive, a curing agent, a colorant and a surfactant and has a density of 0.01 to 0.02 g/cm¬2. By coating the foamed polystyrene, occurrence of static electricity is prevented, affinity to cement and gypsum is increased, whereby the polystyrene can be evenly distributed through the entire volume of the coatings without separation of materials, and fire resistance, strength and crack resistance can be improved. Upon fire, the blowing agent expands and fills spaces generated by melting of the foamed polystyrene. As a result, fire resistance is improved, physical properties of coatings are maintained, and crack does not occur.
