    摘要： PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing shaped blocks using aggregates of a coarse particle size is provided to produce permeable blocks with excellent water permeation and to prevent the discoloration of blocks. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing shaped blocks comprises: a press forming step(S110) which binds aggregates with a binder of cement powder to form pores between aggregates and preparing shaped blocks with flexural strength of 4MPa to 5PMa through a press apparatus; a high pressure water spray step(S120) which exposes natural color of natural aggregates or natural stone by washing a binder on the surface of the shaped blocks by spraying high pressure water; and a curing step(S130) for curing the shaped blocks.

CONSTITUTION: A cement whitening preventer contains 6~10wt% of palmitic acid or its salt, 10~14wt% of stearic acid or its salt, 11~15wt% of oleic acid, 3~7wt% of palmitoleic acid, 2~5wt% of linoleic acid, 2~6wt% of diethylene glycol, 1~5wt% of polyoxyethylene, 1~5wt% of alkybenzensulfonic acid, 1~3wt% of amide, 0.5~1.5wt% of myristic acid, 0.5~1.5wt% of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.1~1wt% of methylcellulose, and the balance of water. A cement block contains 100 parts of cement by weight, and 0.10~5 parts of whitening preventer by weight.

    摘要： A permeable block and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to preclude the permeable block from being expanded due to a gelation reaction between silica in glass powder and alkali in cement by using a lithium composition, thereby increasing the use of the glass material such as wasted glass. A permeable block includes cement, glass powder, and aggregate. The block includes a lithium composition having LiNO2, LiNO3, and LiOH. The lithium composition includes 1:0.01:0.01 to 1:0.1:0.1 parts by weight of LiNO2, LiNO3, and LiOH. The permeable block is formed with a passivating film of insolubilized LiO2 and SiO2 on the surface of the glass powder. The block includes 150 to 300 parts by weight of glass powder, 40 to 60 parts by weight of aggregate, and 1 to 30 parts by weight of lithium composition for the 100 parts by weight of cement.
