PURPOSE: A solidifying agent for dredged soil is provided to obtain high solidification performance by adding alumina powder to inorganic solidifying agent and to obtain uniform solidification quality, improvement of constructability and cost reduction by mixing various solidification materials at once in a mixing process. CONSTITUTION: A solidifying agent for dredged soil is prepared by adding 5-30 wt% of alumina powder to 70-95 wt% of an inorganic solidifying agent. The alumina powder contains 3-5 wt% of zeolite and is prepared by removing 2.0-5.0 wt% of carbon components by passing through a smoke pipe at 800-900 °C. The inorganic solidification agent is formed by mixing 50-90 wt% of cement, 4-30 wt% of quicklime, and 4-25 wt% of gypsum. The solidification agent additionally comprises 10-50 wt% of a bottom ash based on the total weight of the solidification agent.

CONSTITUTION: A main server controls a bulletin board server and a character server. The character server comprises a character control system controlling a growth level, movement, and an event of the character, and a trade control system controlling the environment, a seasonal event, and a motive generated when the character is grown. The flash bulletin board comprises a flash board system controlling a diary and reading/writing/deletion/modification/reply/e-mail forwarding, and a database system storing all contents. All variables are transferred to a bulletin board user through the main server.

CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly writing instrument composition comprises the steps of: (S10, S20) forming a first composition of liquefied resin by stirring surfactant 20~25 weight%, hardened oil 7~9 weight%, cooking oil 2~4 weight%, paraffin wax 50~55 weight%, alcohol 1~3 weight%, and vegetable palm oil 15~18 weight% at 80~100 °C at 1700~1900 rpm for 2-3 hours; (S30) forming a semi-solid second composition by stirring the first composition 52 weight%, zeolite 3 weight%, illite 3 weight%, titanium dioxide 40 weight%, and glycerin 2 weight% at 80~100 °C at 1700~1900 rpm for 1~3 hours; and (S50,S60) obtaining a certain size of rods by molding, cooling, and cutting the second composition.
