摘要： PURPOSE: A concrete block using general waste-based aggregate and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the pollution of air and soil by recycling general waste as the aggregate. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a concrete block includes the following: General waste-based aggregate and general aggregate are mixed into the weight ration of 20:80 to 80:20. 13 to 35 parts by weight of cement and 4 to 12 parts by weight of water are mixed with respect to 100 parts by weight of the mixed aggregate to obtain concrete. The concrete is introduced into a molding, and a compression molding process is implemented. The molded concrete is hardened.

摘要： PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing aggregate using general waste is provided to efficiently recycle general waste using energy generated during a process. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing aggregate using general waste comprises the steps of: thermally decomposing general waste at 400-550°C for 60-150 minutes to form carbide and carbon gas; cooling the carbide to 20-120°C; selecting the cooled carbide and sorting metallic materials; heating the carbide with carbon gas at 1200-1600°C for 30-90 minutes to prepare molten slag; and cooling the molten slag.
