Abstract: The present invention relates to an integrally movable and rotatable drilling and mud gun device which comprises a bogie arranged around an electric furnace provided with multiple tap holes to be able to discharge a molten substance accommodated and melted inside the electric furnace; a frame supporting the bogie; a drilling unit connected to one side of the bogie to drill the tap holes to be able to discharge the molten substance melted inside the electric furnace; a mud gun unit connected to the other side of the bogie to block the tap holes after the molten substance is discharged; a hydraulic pressure unit which provides hydraulic pressure to operate the bogie, the drilling unit, and the mud gun unit; and a control unit which controls the bogie, the drilling unit, the mud gun unit, and the hydraulic pressure unit, wherein the bogie connects the hydraulic pressure unit and the control unit, and is provided to be rotated and moved along the central axis of the electric furnace. According to the present invention, the structure is simple, convenient, and easy to use. In case of a rotating electric furnace, drilling or closing the tap holes can be done at any position, a stroke of a moving part can be minimized, and the device is integrally movable.
