Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a novel polybutadiene derivative, which can eliminates odors from the industrial area and the surroundings by reacting with odor material, especially, which can eliminate toxic material exhausted to the atmosphere from the industrial area. CONSTITUTION: The polybutadiene derivative (formula I) with a molecular weight of 1000-6000 is produced by a process comprising the steps of: reacting hydroxy-substituted polybutadiene and alkyl amine; reacting the resultant with sulfuric acid; reacting the resultant with alkyl amine to alkylate the amine group of the polybutadiene additionally; neutralizing the obtained compound with hydroxide of an alkali metal or an alkali earth metal to convert a sulfonic acid group into a metal salt. In the formula, n is an integer, R1 and R2 are C1-C5 alkyl, and M is the alkali metal or the alkali earth metal.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A bowl-shaped gel-type urinal cleaner and its preparation method are provided, to allow the cleaner to be dissolved and degraded regularly and the color to be maintained uniformly for a long time. CONSTITUTION: The bowl-shaped gel-type urinal cleaner comprises 0.1-10 parts by weight of a natural aqueous polymer; 1-30 parts by weight of a nonionic surfactant; 0.1-5 parts by weight of a deodorizing agent; 0.1-5 a sterilizer; and 0.1-10 parts by weight of a dye. Preferably the natural aqueous polymer is carrageenan, gellan, or xanthan gum. The method comprises the steps of mixing water and a natural aqueous polymer; heating the mixture to 70-80 deg.C; adding a nonionic surfactant, a deodorizing agent, a sterilizer and a dye to the heated mixture; stirring the mixture homogeneously; cooling the mixture to a room temperature; and molding the cooled mixture into the bowl shape.
