CONSTITUTION: A composition for detection of amines comprises a compound represented by chemical formula 1. The composition is used for detection of primary, secondary, or tertiary amines. The paper sheet comprising the composition is obtained by absorbing the composition on a paper sheet. A detection method of amines using the composition comprises the following steps: amines are exposed to the composition; and the UV absorbance and color change of the composition is examined.

CONSTITUTION: A stimuli-responsive charge transfer dye is in chemical formula 1. The stimuli-responsive charge transfer dye comprises an indole part as an electron donor, and a furan portion as an electron acceptor. A manufacturing method of the stimuli-responsive charge transfer dye comprises a step of obtaining the stimuli-responsive charge transfer dye by reacting 2-(3-cyano-4,5,5-trimethylfuran-2(5H)-ylidene)malonitrile and indole-3-carboxaldehyde; and additional steps of collecting the stimuli-responsive charge transfer dye, and of cleaning and drying the stimuli-responsive charge transfer dye.

The present invention relates to a composition comprising a compound represented by chemical formula 1 for detecting mercury ions and a method for detecting mercury ions using the same and, more specifically, to a composition comprising a compound represented by chemical formula 1, which is generated by synthesis of squarylium acid and an aromatic compound, for detecting mercury ions, and a method for detecting negative ions using the same. Accordingly, the compound for detecting the mercury ions can selectively detect the mercury ions, and thereby can be provided as an effective dye for detecting mercury ions for biology, chemistry, and environmentology academia.

A manufacturing method of environment-sensitive charge transfer dye comprises: a step of reacting 2-(3,5,5-trimethylcyclohex-2-enylidene)-malonitrile, and indole-3-carboxaldehyde; and additionally, a step of collecting the charge transfer dye; and additionally, drying the collected charge transfer dye. The reaction is conducted under reflux, the temperature of the reflux is 95-105 °C, and time for the reflux is 10-15 hours.

The present invention relates to a compound represented by chemical formula 1, a composition for detecting CN- or amine including the same, and a method for detecting CN- or amine including the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a novel compound represented by chemical formula 1 that is generated by the condensation reaction of 2-(3,5,5-trimethylbicyclohex-2-enylidene)malonotrile and 2,5-dihydroxybenzaldehyde; a composition for detecting CN- or amine including the same; and a method for detecting CN- or amine including the same. According to the composition and the method for detecting CN- or amine, a small amount of CN- or amine can be detected with high selectivity and sensitivity to CN- or amine, and it can be confirmed easily with the naked eye whether or not CN- or amine is present in a specimen.
