摘要: PURPOSE: A tilting butchery apparatus is provided to prevent accident occurrence and to improve meat quality. CONSTITUTION: A tilting butchery apparatus comprises: an apparatus body(110) in which an animal is received and which tilts to the side direction; a tilting device which rotates the apparatus body in order for an outlet to face upward; a neck holder(120) which is movably mounted up and down at the front side of the apparatus body and fixes the animal's neck; and a lifting device for moving the neck holder up and down.

CONSTITUTION: A rotary butchery device comprises: a device body(110) which contains an animal to be slaughtered and is rotational to turn the animal body upside down; a rotary device for rotating the device body; a neck holder which is movably mounted at the front part of the device body and fixes the animal neck; a lift device for moving the neck holder up and down; and a respiratory tract pressurizer(130) for inducing asphyxiation of the animal.
