摘要： An apparatus and a method for handling articles are provided to efficiently spray the dye-containing solution and related rinsing liquid on the relatively big substrate. An apparatus for handling articles comprises: an enclosure or a heated container(5, 10) which is big enough to seal the processed material; a unit for hermetically holding the processed material; a unit for transporting processed material to the heated enclosure and removing the article after processing from the enclosure; a closed and heated container which delivers saturated staining solution of the high temperature and performance promotion solution; a closed and heated container which delivers the dye-free rinsing liquid of the high temperature; and a closed and heated container which delivers deionized water of the high temperature.
