摘要: The present invention relates to a tube assembly for a boiler, which maximally restrains a tube from being corroded in the boiler, which is one of a generation facility, prevents the tube from being deformed by the flow of a fluid, and the tube from being vibrated, thereby preventing damage to and corrosion in the tube, wherein the vibrated tube causes the leakage of the fluid. According to the present invention, the tube assembly according to the present invention is formed as follows: band holes are punched in a support, which supports the tubes, at equal intervals as the tubes; semicircular tube bands for fixing the tubes cover the upper half bodies and the lower half bodies of the tubes; the intervals between the tubes are maintained and the tubes are fixed by inserting the ends of the respective tube bands into the band holes; the effect of a soot blower is minimized by inserting semicircular pipe-shaped protection plates into the uppermost band hole and the lowermost band hole of the support; and an extra protection plate fixing unit is excluded, wherein the protection plate has external wings in the radial direction thereof.

摘要: PURPOSE: A tube supporting unit for a half module of a heat recovery steam generator is provided to efficiently prevent the entire deformation of a half module by designing to fully manage a self-load of a tube in a large size. CONSTITUTION: A tube supporting unit(4) for a half module of a heat recovery steam generator comprises a band(43), a board ring(44), a vertical plate(42), and a substrate(41). The band is adhered by being coupled in a supported unit of the tube. The board ring supports the tube supporting unit while being coupled on an upper part of the band. The vertical plate is adhered to an inner surface to face an outer surface. An outer lower part of the substrate is adhered to the upper part of the substrate. The substrate is installed in the outer lower part of the band and the lower part of the vertical plate and comprises a beam-shaped supporting unit. A top board ring and the board ring are integrally formed between the substrates.

摘要: PURPOSE: A filtering apparatus comprising lattice assembly and an assembling method thereof are provided to simplify a shield structure of an opening part by combining a shield plate of a fixing frame inserted with a slide method. CONSTITUTION: A fixing frame(100) is installed on a passage of cooling water flow for opening to an inlet(30) and an outlet(40) of cooling water. A lattice assembly(400) is composed of a first baffle plate(200) and a second baffle plate(300). The fist baffle plate and the second baffle plate are composed of a punching plate with a plurality of filter holes(20). A diameter of the filter hole is formed into 1mm~3mm considering a size of impurities. A number of fixing grooves are formed on the rear part of the second baffle plate.
