摘要: PURPOSE: A positive electrode active material is provided to restrain the generation of gas in the condition of repeating charging/discharging, and to manufacture a lithium secondary battery having improved reliability and stability. CONSTITUTION: A positive electrode active material comprises lithium aluminum oxide which is in a chemical formula: Li_aAl_xO_b, and a composite containing lithium nickel oxide. In the chemical formula, a is number of 0.1-5.5, x is number of 1-5, b is number of 1.5-8. The manufacturing method of positive electrode active material comprises: a step of obtaining a mixture by mixing lithium oxide, nickel oxide and aluminum precursor; and a step of forming the composite of lithium oxide, nickel oxide and aluminum precursor by heat-treating the mixture.

摘要: A red phosphor for a plasma display panel(PDP), and a PDP containing the phosphor are provided to widen a color reproduction range and to reduce the manufacturing cost of a PDP by using no neon cut filter. A red phosphor comprises 100 parts by weight of a phosphor represented by (Y, Gd)BO3:Eu; and 0.01-10 parts by weight of a coating layer which comprises a rare earth element oxide and is formed on the surface of the phosphor. Preferably the rare earth element oxide is a niobium oxide(Nd2O3); and the coating layer is a continuous crystalline rare earth element oxide coating layer.
