摘要： Provided is a method for accurately detecting and tracking a lip regardless of changes in a head pose. Provided are a plurality of rough lip models and a plurality of accurate lip models. The rough lip model corresponding to the head pose is selected among the rough lip models. A lip is detected with the selected rough lip model. The accurate lip model having the most similar lip shape to the detected lip is selected. The lip is accurately detected by using the accurate lip model.
