摘要: 성형된 압연재가 압연열로부터 냉각될 때에 의도하는 바대로 냉각될 수 있도록 하기 위해, 압연재의 전체 횡단면 및 표준 길이에 걸쳐 성형과정(압연처리)동안 발생하는 온도분포의 정보가 요구된다. 본 발명에 따르면 압연라인 내에서의 압연재에 대한 온도 변화가 실제 압연처리 내지 냉각처리 이전에 시뮬레이션화되고 그리고 냉각을 조절하기 위해 측정된 실제값을 포함하는 획득된 결과가 적용되는 점이 제안된다.

摘要: PURPOSE: A method for cooling hot-rolled shapes without generating scraps by simulating the course of temperature in the rolling mill for the rolling stock already before the actual rolling and cooling process. CONSTITUTION: The method for cooling hot-rolled profiled sections from the rolling heat, wherein the profiled sections are formed of section parts of different mass, wherein, by using measuring-technological means in cooperation with a computer with the aid of a computing program, the quantity of heat to be proportionally removed from the different section parts in accordance with their mass and temperature and the amount of cooling medium required therefor are calculated and controlled, the method comprises the steps of: simulating the course of temperature for the rolling stock in the rolling mill already before the actual rolling and cooling process by performing several simulation calculations by varying the cooling parameters in the simulation calculation to obtain calculated parameters; measuring actual values upstream and downstream of the cooling stretch controlling the adjustments of the desired cooling process based on the calculated parameters obtained from the simulations and the actual values measured upstream and downstream of the cooling stretch.

摘要: PURPOSE: A method of heat treatment of wire is provided, which eliminates the nonuniform structure formation and nonuniform mechanical characteristics with respect to lengths of rollers in the final. CONSTITUTION: The method of heat treatment of wire comprises the steps of cooling a longlength wire stock immediately after the stock leaves a rolling heat region to a temperature below a starting temperature of martensite formation; and, thereafter, forming a wire coil. The wire coil forming step comprises one of coiling the longlength wire stock; reeling the longlength wire stock; and forming, by using a laying head, wire winding subsequently collected to form a wire coil; and wherein the method further comprises the step of tempering the formed wire coil.
