    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for reforming the thermal and electrical characteristics of composite titanium alloys is provided to prevent the fatigue or ductility reduction of titanium alloys by controlling the alloys to determine the direction of TiB precipitate through hot metal working. CONSTITUTION: A method for reforming the thermal and electrical characteristics of composite titanium alloys comprises a step of leading boron into a titanium alloy to form TiB precipitate and a step of arranging the TiB precipitate in the metal flow direction of hot metal working. The TiB precipitate is manufactured through casting, cast-and-wrought processing or powder metallurgy. The hot metalworking is forging, rolling or extrusion.
