PURPOSE: Paint for measuring the deformation of a structure, tape comprising the same and a deformation measuring method of a structure using the same are provided to enable to be visually recognized the deformation of various industrial structures without a complex electric device simply. CONSTITUTION: Paint for measuring the deformation of a structure comprises optical crystal. The optical crystal is made through the arrangement of a first dielectric unit and a second dielectric unit according to a grid pattern. The second dielectric unit has a relative permittivity different from that of the first dielectric unit. The average particle diameter of the first dielectric unit is 80-200 nm. The first dielectric unit is polymer or polysiloxane induced to one or more monomers selected from a group consisting of styrene, (meta) esther acrylate and (meta) acrylamide. The first dielectric unit is amphipathic polystyrene/methacrylate block copolymer.

본발명은구조물변형측정용도료, 이를포함하는테이프및 이를이용한구조물의변형측정방법에관한것으로, 보다구체적으로본 발명의구조물변형측정용도료는구조물의변형에따라변형여부및 변형정도를용이하게확인할수 있도록자성광결정을함유함으로써구조물의변형을측정하는데유용하게활용될수 있다. 또한, 본발명에의하면, 사용하중등에의하여발생하는구조물의변형및 변형정도를용이하게측정할수 있으므로구조물의과다변형으로인한안전사고의발생을미연에방지할수 있다.

본 발명은 구조물의 변형률 측정용 장치 및 이를 이용한 구조물의 변형률 측정방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 본 발명의 구조물의 변형률 측정용 장치는 일정한 간격으로 배열된 나노 입자를 함유하는 광결정층을 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 다양한 산업 구조물이 사용하중 등에 의해 변형되는 경우 해당 부분의 구조색 변화 또는 자속 변화를 측정함으로써 보다 간단하고 용이하게 구조물의 정확한 변형여부 및 변형률을 측정할 수 있으며, 이를 통하여 구조물의 과다변형으로 인한 안전사고의 발생도 방지할 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: Paint for measuring deformation of a structure comprises a firs dielectric material containing magnetic material and magnetic photonic crystals in which the first dielectric material and a second dielectric material are uniformly arranged in a lattice pattern. The average diameter of the first dielectric material is 80-200 nm. The interval between the first dielectric material and the second dielectric material is 1-2 nm.

PURPOSE: Paint for measuring a deformation rate of a structure is provided to enable a use to conveniently and accurately the deformation rate of the structure by measuring magnetic velocity changes of the paint and to prevent accidents which are generated due to excessive deformation of the structure. CONSTITUTION: Paint for measuring a deformation rate of a structure includes magnetic materials which are arranged in a regular interval. The magnetic materials have a diameter of 80-200 nm. The interval between magnetic material particles is 1-2 nm. A method for measuring the deformation rate of the structure comprises the following steps: forming the paint on the surface of a base material; forming the base material on a structure to be measured; and measuring magnetic velocity changes of the magnetic materials.

본발명은기존의횡단보도가발광도료및 형광도료로형성되어있어시인성이약해서, 보행자와차량간의횡단보도교통사고가많이발생되는문제점을해결하고자, 태양전지모듈, 풍력발전모듈, 압전발전모듈, AC 전원부, 컨트롤박스, 보행자스톱라인형 LED 시그널블럭, 차량스톱라인형 LED 시그널블럭, 횡단보도크로싱용 LED 시그널블럭으로구성됨으로서, 비가오거나해질무렵이되어신호등과차선이잘 보이지않을때에도차량운전자및 보행자에게정확하게정지선에멈출수 있게하도록정지선앞에예비신호로서 LED 점멸시켜, 횡단보도보행자및 차량운전자로하여금시인성을향상시킬수 있고, 횡단보도보행신호시, 횡단보도상에피아노건반형상으로 LED 발광시킬수 있어횡단보도교통사고율을현저히줄일수 있으며, 태양전지셀, 풍력발전모듈, 압전발전모듈, AC 전원부로이루어진하이브리드방식의전원구동으로전원공급의지리적한계를극복하고전기소비를줄일수 있는 LED 시그널블럭을통한횡단보도시인성개선장치를제공하는데그 목적이있다.
