摘要: PURPOSE: An apparatus for compressing and vibrating mortar for terrazzo molding is provided to remarkably improve physical properties of terrazzo, to prevent granule building stone from unevenly distributed, and to obtain a cured molded product having a uniform thickness and high density. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for compressing and vibrating mortar for terrazzo molding comprises; a support stand which supports a fixing plate to be located with a constant height; a first operator(20) which is attached to the fixing plate and is remotely controlled; a push plate(30) which is combined with the first operator and pressurizes the mortar(3) according to the operation of the first operator; a vibrator(40) which is combined with the push plate and vibrates the push plate by generating vibration wave when the push plate is pressurized; and a controller controlling the first operator and the vibrator.

摘要: PURPOSE: An assembling method of media members for attaching microorganisms and construction method thereof in an aeration tank are provided to extend contact area of wastewater with immobilized microorganisms via partitioned chambers and conveniently install/change the media. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of fixing bars(2) at both ends of which a thread is formed is inserted into holes(6) respectively formed on the lower and the upper part of the porous media. A pipe for fixing interval between the media(4) is inserted into the fixing bars, and inserted into holes of the porous media. And, the media are finally fixed at the both ends of the fixing bars by fastening a nut(5) after inserting the fixing bars into holes(7) formed on the fixing member(3).

摘要: PURPOSE: A method for preparing a purifying media to which nutrition is supplied for active coherence of microorganisms in an aeration tank is provided to dissimilate sewage, waste water and nitrogen compound for purification by preparing a porous nutrition media in a form of irregularities, thereby irresistibly forming an initial biofilm for early active coherence of microorganisms. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing a purifying media comprises the processes of mixing waste polyethylene chip, used briquette, quartz sand earth, loess, and chaff in a mixer (1); storing the mixed raw materials in a storage tank; transferring the mixed raw materials stored in the storing process to a hopper (4); extruding the mixed raw materials fed into the hopper for flowing into a dissolving pipe; transferring the raw materials to a primary preheated first solution tank (3) by the extruding process; dissolving the raw materials in a dough state for flowing into a second solution tank (7); adding chaff to the mixed raw material; forming inner and outer surfaces in a form of irregularities by passing the chaff added mixed raw materials through an irregular sponge body porous forming pipe; cooling the formed product in a first cooling water vessel (10); transferring, cooling and forming the formed product again in a second cooling water vessel (12); and detaching the product from a forming frame (9) of the second cooling water vessel (11), packing and transporting the product.
